Adam Kalinowski
Sculptor and Principal, Green Architecture · Poznań, Poland
MA in Cultural Anthropology, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań. Working professionally as an artist for roughly 35 years. Founded the Tadeusz Kalinowski Art Foundation in 1998.
His practice is participatory public art: works that visitors physically alter by walking on them and rearranging them. Within Ignea Labs he leads the sculptural and structural design of Living Structures, on the Green Wall shelving system he tested in 2014 at the Botanical Garden of Adam Mickiewicz University and built at scale in THE INFINITE GREEN.

Leno Veras, PhD (c)
Curator & Digital Archivist · São Paulo, Brazil
Doctoral research at the University of Leicester (UK) on navigable digital archives. Manager of the Wanda Svevo Historical Archive at Fundação Bienal de São Paulo, recently approved unanimously by Brazil's National Archive as a Fund of Public and Social Interest. Formerly Research and Documentation Manager at MAM Rio and Deputy Director of the Museum of Astronomy and Related Sciences (MAST).
His method, which he calls the Constellation Method, converts static collections into navigable concept maps. At Itaú Cultural he co-curated Modos de Ver o Brasil, using digital tools to surface Afro-Brazilian and minoritarian narratives inside institutional collections.
Within Ignea Labs he leads the living archive: how the work is documented, and on what terms digitized knowledge stays accessible to the communities it came from.

Mirelle Martins
Creative Director & Founding Artist · Denver metropolitan area, Colorado
Twenty years in digital strategy and campaign production for advertising agencies and their clients, then a move into performance. From 2016 to 2019 she performed in the international tour of BLACK VELVET, reviewed in The New York Times, Audience Choice Award at Stockholm Fringe Festival 2017, Best Out of Town Production at ArtsATL 2018.
Founding artist and Creative Director of TRIBE, Brooklyn, from 2019 to [FILL IN: end year], where she directed the collective's visual language, copywriting and digital architecture. TRIBE's work in that period was supported by the Mellon Foundation and included a global Calvin Klein campaign.
In [FILL IN: 2011 or 2013] she curated and produced Adam Kalinowski's first South American exhibition at MuBE, São Paulo, the collaboration that developed into Living Structures.
Within Ignea Labs she is the accountable US party for contracts, host-site agreements, budgets and grant reporting, and directs how the work is communicated.
