A layered planted pavilion joining stacked construction with living surfaces, and the work through which the Kalinowski–Martins collaboration developed into Living Structures.

A mobile piece of planted urban furniture with a varied shelf front: modular, quick to assemble and relocate, and adaptable to squares, courtyards, pedestrian zones and exhibition spaces.

Ignea Labs · Proposed 2026–2027 · Front Range, Colorado

A planted, self-shading public sculpture that visitors enter. No Living Structure has been built in the United States. Ignea Labs is seeking host sites, fabrication partners and funding across the country, especially communities affected by extreme dryness, heat and air pollution. Site, budget and partners are pending.
